DESTINATION BY FISHING TYPE

The exotic Andman and Nicobar Islands are a chain of hundreds of volcanic islands situated in the Bay of Bengal, closer to Thailand than to India. These are one of the rare places where native tribes still exist, separated from civilization to this day. The islands are a former penal colony and were occupied by the Japanese during World War II.

The large Tidal fed estuary system of Bolgoda Lake is the ideal destination for any form of inshore angling. Fish species include the elusive wild Barramundi and the feisty Mangrove Jack along with many others

Our fishing grounds in Kirinda are situated in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka, just a few minutes’ drive away from the famous Yala National Park and about a six hour drive from Colombo.
The deep drop-offs of the continental shelf and a continuous supply of nutrient rich oxygenated water make Sri Lanka a spectacular destination for trophy fish.
During the South West Monsoon we move our Sri Lankan operations to the East Coast and base ourselves out of Sober Island in the middle of Trincomalee Harbour, one of the largest natural harbours in the world. It has canyon like depths both within the harbour and offshore which provide natural hiding places for bait and lurking predators abound.
